Statement of work signed, kickoff scheduled, and engagement begins. First deliverable typically within two weeks of kickoff.

What information should I include in the initial enquiry?
A brief description of the current environment (estate size, primary platforms), the outcome you are pursuing, and any timing constraints. Detailed technical specifications are not required at the e enquiry stage — those are gathered during discovery.
Is the discovery call genuinely complimentary?
Yes. The discovery call is structured as a thirty-minute conversation between your team and a senior engineer. There is no charge and no obligation. The objective is mutual qualification: that we can add value, and that the engagement model fits your operational context.
Will you sign an NDA before detailed discussion?
Yes. A standard mutual NDA is available on request and can be executed prior to detailed scope discussion. Engagements involving regulated data routinely operate under NDA from initial discovery onwards.
How long does it take to receive a written proposal?
Following the discovery call, a written proposal is typically delivered within five business days for standard engagements. Larger or more complex programs may require an additional discovery session and a longer proposal cycle.
Do you accept engagements outside India?
Yes. Active engagements span 10+ countries across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Most delivery is remote. Time zone coverage and on-site requirements are agreed during discovery and reflected in the engagement model.
